One of my favorite on our grill is wood-fired wings! To replicate this smokey, scrumptious and savory treat follow this recipe. Happy eating!
Ingredients:
2 Dozens of Chicken Wings
2 Tbsps Fish Sauce (3 Crabs Brand) [Other brands – 1.5 Tbsps]
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp Granulated Garlic
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Ground Pepper
1 Large Ziploc bag
1 foil tray (foil paper)
Glaze ingredients:
2 Tbsps Brown Sugar or Honey
1 tsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsps Water
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
Instruction:
- Mix all your marinade ingredients first for an even blend.
- Place your chicken wings into the Ziploc bag.
- Pour over the marinade.
- Massage it to even coat your wings.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Coat your foil tray with some cooking oil or spray on Pam
- Place your chicken wings and grill on low heat
- Once cooked turn your heat to high and brush on your glaze.
- Enjoy!!!
