Open Wood fire Grilled Chicken Wings

One of my  favorite on our grill is wood-fired wings! To replicate this smokey, scrumptious and savory treat follow this recipe. Happy eating!


2 Dozens of Chicken Wings

2 Tbsps Fish Sauce (3 Crabs Brand) [Other brands – 1.5 Tbsps]

1 Tbsp Brown Sugar

1 Tbsp honey

1 Tbsp Granulated Garlic

1 Tbsp Sesame Oil

¼ tsp Salt

¼ tsp Ground Pepper

1 Large Ziploc bag

1 foil tray (foil paper)

 Glaze ingredients:

2 Tbsps Brown Sugar or Honey

1 tsp Soy Sauce

2 Tbsps Water

1 Tbsp Sesame Oil


  1. Mix all your marinade ingredients first for an even blend.
  2. Place your chicken wings into the Ziploc bag.
  3. Pour over the marinade.
  4. Massage it to even coat your wings.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Coat your foil tray with some cooking oil or spray on Pam
  7. Place your chicken wings and grill on low heat
  8. Once cooked turn your heat to high and brush on your glaze.
  9. Enjoy!!!
