Jn Shrimp Paste on Sugarcane – Vietnamese Chao Tom
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp Corn Starch
½ Tbsp Sugar
1 ½ Tbsp Fish Sauce (3 Crabs Brand)
1 lb of shrimp peeled and de-veined
8-10 Canned Sugarcane sticks about 5 inches long. – easily found in any Asian Markets.
(Split each sugarcane into fourths, lengthwise)
