Shrimp and Pork Paste with Pineapple Skewers – Tom va Heo Thom Lui

Shrimp and pork paste pineapple skewers. Tom va heo thom lui. This little creation of mine is proof of just how fun it can be to improvise recipes to your liking. Tasty too!

½ lb of Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 lb of ground pork
1 core of a pineapple (cut into long thin skewers)
½ Tbsp fish sauce (3 crabs brand)
2 Tbsps honey
1 ½ Tbsps corn starch

½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp brown sugar

Glaze mixture:
2 Tbsps of honey
2 Tbsps of hot water

Bake for 20 minutes at 375F
Glaze , then broil on high for about 5 minutes.
Flip over, glaze, and broil for 5 more minutes.

Also, good for the BBQ grill.
