These are so SUPER aromatic!!! Beef wrapped in piper leaf not betel. The leaves are often confused. But betel leaves are more intense in taste and in usage. List of Ingredients:

2 Bunches of Piper Lolot Leaves
1 Large Yellow Onion Bulb (cut into small wedges)
2 Tbsps EVOO
Some toothpicks

Seasonings:
1 Tbsp of Brown Sugar
1 tsp Granulated Garlic
¼ tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic
3 Tbsps Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce (Gluten Allergy Use: Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Label Oyster Flavored Sauce)
1 lb of New York Strip Steak (cut into thin slices)
