2 Bunches of Piper Lolot Leaves
1 Large Yellow Onion Bulb (cut into small wedges)
2 Tbsps EVOO
Some toothpicks
Seasonings:
1 Tbsp of Brown Sugar
1 tsp Granulated Garlic
¼ tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic
3 Tbsps Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce (Gluten Allergy Use: Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Label Oyster Flavored Sauce)
1 lb of New York Strip Steak (cut into thin slices)
