Jn Grilled Pork Paste Skewers – Nem Nướng

Today, we are having nem nuong – grilled pork skewers. We like ours in wraps, the kiddos like theirs on skewers. Check out my methods for how to roll them and simple hacks to skewer them. As always… always improvising to make life simpler in the kitchen.

List of Ingredients:
1 lb Ground Pork
4 Tbsps Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavor Sauce
4 Tbsps Honey
½ Tbsp Granulated Garlic
3 Tbsps Canola Oil
2 Tbsps Corn Starch
¼ tsp Salt

Garlic Hoisin Dipping Sauce:
 Combine all the ingredients below in a small pot
 Bring to a boil on high heat, then take off heat and set aside
 1/2 Cup of LKK Garlic Hoisin Sauce
 3/4 Cup of Water
 2 tsps Corn Starch
