Jn Asian Cajun Seafood Boil

Ahoy… Calling  all SEAFOOD LOVERS! Here’s a fun recipe for you. It’s so simple and satisfying. I’d suggest adding chunks of corn on the cob, lobster tail or even squid. That’s the fun part about it, it can easily improvised to suit your preferences.

List of Ingredients:

1.5 sticks of Salted Butter
1/3 Cup Minced Garlic (About two compound bulbs)
½ Tbsp Granulated Garlic
1 ½ Tbsps Sugar
1 ¼ tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper Powder
½ Tbsp Paprika
¼ Cup Minced Crab Paste or Shrimp Paste (PanTai Brand)
The Zested peel of 1 Large Lemon
2 Tbsps of Tabasco Habanero Sauce (Or any favorite hot sauce brands)

1 lb of de-veined shrimp
2 lbs of Boiled Dungeness Crab (quartered)
