Green Onion Cakes – anyone?
The first time I heard of these – the thought of eating green onions in pastry-like dough didn’t seem that appetizing to me. But, once I gave it a try… I was in love with them! Surprisingly, my little nephews love them. So, here’s my take on it. Just click the video to see how fast you can whip up a batch. There’s not much to the recipe and the ingredients are probably sitting right in your pantry. Enjoy!!

2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
3 Green Onion Stalks (chopped)
1 tsp salt
Some cooking oil
1 Cup hot water
