Throw Back Tuesday Tacos?

Here’s another fun and beautiful treat – Shrimp Avo-Wasbi Tacos. There’s not much to it but it’s truly is a beautiful creation of mine for Tacos with a Jn Twist! Just simply flash fry the thin wonton wrappers, boil some shrimp and top it with sushi ginger, diced sweet mango and oh yea… my avo-wasbi sauce! Here’s the recipe for the Avo-Wasbi Sauce.

List of Ingredients:

1 half of Avocado
1/8 tsp salt
½ Tbsp lemon juice
1 Ziploc bag (for piping)

Steps:
1. Using a fork, scrap half an avocado into a bowl.

2. And mash it with a whisk.

3. Add 1/8 tsp salt

4. Add ½ Tbsp lemon juice.

5. And about 1 tsp wasabi, more or less depending on your taste for spice.

6. Mix it well and put it in a Ziploc bag & set it in the fridge until ready to use.

This sauce is good stored in a sealed container or ziploc bag in the fridge for up to 3 days.
