Lunch with Two Engineers At Dorinku – Tokyo Street Food

The Civil Engineer and the Petroleum Engineer… and Food Engineer find common ground at lunch…

How time sure flies, and here we are… celebrating my niece’s graduation as a Civil Engineer, while my soon-to-be-20 year old son has come to the school year’s end in his petroleum science program. It’s been a stressful few weeks for these two with finals and papers to complete!! So, this was a great way to celebrate their hard work and accomplishments. Congrats guys!

I’m so proud of them. If you check out the pics, you’ll see why I’m also granting them extra credit for knowing their sushi and deserts! LOL …

    1. Hi Frances! Yes, he’s my kid. LOL Thank you, you are too kind. Vietnamese food is the secret to staying young 😉

I hope all is well with you. Always good to hear from you.
