JN Spicy Plum Sauce Ingredients:
2 Tbsps Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce

1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsps Red Chili Flakes (Optional)
2 Tbsps Sriracha Chili Sauce
Salt & Garlic Fried Chicken Wings with Jn Spicy Plum Sauce
List of Ingredients:
2lb of Chicken Wings
Combine the following seasonings:
2 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Granulated Garlic
2 Tbsp Sugar
½ tsp Ground Black Pepper (Optional)
Marinating:
Place your wings in a Ziploc bag and sprinkle on the seasonings, work it evenly to coat your wings.
Place in refrigerator to marinate for at least 4 hours.
Frying:
Pour canola oil to the ¾ mark of a medium size pot.
Turn heat on high. Perform your wooden chopstick test. (Rising bubbles mean it’s hot enough to fry) Place in about 5-6 wings at a time. (Anymore, will decrease your temperature)
And using tongs or chopsticks give it a stir so they don’t stick to the bottom.
Consistently stir to ensure an even cook.
Fry until golden brown. Place in a strainer or on a paper towel lined plate to drain excess oil.
Enjoy!
