Jn Oven Baked Five Spice Ribs with Garlic Hoisin Sauce (Sườn Nướng Ngũ Vị Hương va Tương đỏ)

Just in time for the summer! My five spice ribs with Lee Kum Kee garlic hoisin sauce. So aromatic and oh so simple! Bake it in the oven or on the BBQ. Stuff them in a steam bao buns, with rice, in vermicelli bowls, or have them the Asian way with woven fine rice noodles sheets… endless ways to enjoy them.

List of ingredients:
3 lbs of Baby Back Pork Ribs
5-to-6 Green Onion tips
6 Gloves of Garlic

For seasonings:
½ Tbsp Granulated Garlic
1 Tbsp Five Spice Powder
2 tsps Salt
1 ½ Tbsps Sugar
2 Fermented Beancurd Cubes
3 Tbsps of Lee Kum Kee Garlic Hoisin Sauce

Spicy, Lemony Fish Sauce:
3 gloves garlic
2 Thai Chili Peppers
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 Cup Granulated sugar
3/4 cup peeled lemon wedges (2 large lemons)
1/3 Cup fish sauce
