I think about how my dad loves this dish as I eat this. The saltiness of the fried gourami fish and its roes are so good balanced with the sweetness and freshness of the greens. These were fresh frozen raw when I got them. So, I cleaned them, remove the roes, salted them overnight and then fried to a crisp. As for the eggs, sprinkle with some salt and fry. They taste like the fish with a crunch and a yolky taste. Comfort food that takes us home. ❤️
