Here you go my foodie friends – the Jn’s twist on Peking & Roast Duck. Who’s up for the challenge? Have a wonderful Wednesday everyone.
List of Ingredients:
1- 4 lbs Duck
Glaze:
¾ Cup Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Thick Dark Soy
1 tsp Salt
2 Tbsps Rice Wine (any brand would work)
½ Cup Hot Water
Marinade:
In a mixing bowl:
Add in 4 Green Onion tips thinly sliced
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
½ Tbsp Salt
2 Tbsps Sugar
½ Tbsp Five Spice Powder
2 Tbsps LKK Garlic Hoisin Sauce
2 Cubes of fermented Bean curd
