A very simple but oh so satisfying shrimp recipe. So good over green papaya salad, over a bed of pasta or alone as a snack. I’m using heads-on shrimp but headless works as well.(List of ingredients below the video) Enjoy!
List of Ingredients:
1lb Shrimp (Shells-on, Deveined and Halved)
7-8 Garlic Gloves (Minced)
3 Orange (or Kaffir Lime) Leaves
Lemon Zest
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Sugar
½ tsp Peppercorn
2 Tbsps EVOO
