Ever since my most recent trip to Thailand, I have not been able to stop thinking about this spicy seafood sauce I had there. It’s light, yet full of a mingling of distinct flavors. And it pairs so well with seafood without overpowering them! Now, after experimenting with many various ingredients – I’ve come up with a sauce I can see putting on almost everything! LOL… If you give it a try – you will see what I mean. (and it’s so easy to make) This fresh, zesty–spicy sauce will keep well in the fridge for up to a week in a sealed container. ½ Cup Cilantro
4-5 Garlic Cloves
1 Jalapeño Pepper
1 Habanero Pepper
1 Tbsp Lime Zest
3 Tbsps Lime Juice
1 Tomatillo
4 Tbsps Sugar
4 Tbsps Fish Sauce
