Heo Quay – Crispy/Roast Pork Bellies

Unleash the Krakens! I mean the Cracklin’s LOL A monster crunchy roast pork treat… Yes, it crackles, sizzles and pops right in your oven. This home-made delicious dish is fun and rewarding. And with this recipe I’ve gotten success down to the last tasty, crispy pop!  :-]  So check it out…

List of Ingredients:
2 (1.5lb) slabs of Pork Belly
4 green onion tips
5 garlic gloves
2 tsps salt
1 Tbsp Chinese Five Spice Powder
2 Tbsps Fermented Beancurd Cubes
2 Tbsps Garlic Hoisin Sauce
3 Tbsps Brown Sugar
½ tsp White Peppercorn Powder
Michiu Rice cooking Wine
White Vinegar
