EVERY time I go to Thailand, there is one dish that is ALWAYS a priority on my daily culinary rounds – Green Papaya salad. I’m not kidding – Every day. It’s that balance of semi-sweetness that is tart, yet spicy.. and so crunchy and refreshing. It brings me back again and again! And I can now capture that magic escape right at home – quickly and easily. Let me show you how simple it is to shred the un-ripened green papaya with my new favorite tool – KitchenAid’s KitchenAid Food Processor Attachment featuring External ExactSlice™ System
Servings for 2:
1 Quarter Green Papaya
Carrot
3 Tbsps of shaved palm sugar (Granulated sugar would work as well)

2 Thai Chili Peppers
1 large lime or 2 small ones – cut into wedges.
3-4 colorful cherry tomatoes
3 Tbsps Tamarind Concentrate.
2 Tbsps Fish Sauce
A handful of sweet mint leaves
